It was super fun to learn how to make pasta from scratch. The chef definitely focused on the right things. A couple of people around me didn't appreciate it since he missed an ingredient or two from the sauces. Which I thought didn't matter so much, as we did get the recipes. But the chef was quite attentive in telling us how to fold the pasta, how to roll it out, and how to shape it, which is what I really wanted out of the session. Looking forward to more sessions in the future.

I attended this workshop with my partner. It was nice, but I would say it was more fun than educational since the restaurant chefs made the sauces and the final dish themselves. We simply made the dough, rolled the sheets and added the filling.
